In my opion the statement'Energy can't be created or distroyed.It can be changed from one to other' is right because when ever we are using a type of energy we are using other type energy to make it.Eg-

1. when we are making electricity from water we are changing potencial energy to electric.
2. When we are using a electric energy to produce heat energy.
